Our Story

Jenifer Collins, the Founder and Principal of Call Jen, has a background in education and business. A former teacher, Admissions Director and Executive Search professional, she is a California native, lifelong Bay Area resident and lived abroad in the UK for 10 years. She has her BA in History from UCLA and a MA in Education from Stanford University.

Known for her trustworthiness, proactive approach, and adept problem solving abilities, Jenifer approaches challenges with patience, organization, compassion and good humor. 

As the proud mother of 3 adult sons, Jenifer understands the complexities of managing a household. In recent years, she has turned her attention to providing assistance and support to her aging parents. Through this experience she has witnessed the significance of enabling seniors to age gracefully in their own homes, igniting her passion for facilitating this process for others.
